This Friday the 24th April we welcome Ian Richardson, local historian, who will give us an illustrated presentation on the history of Durrington and Salvington. We start as usual promptly at 2pm in the Free Church Hub in Limetree Avenue, admission just £3. There will be a break for refreshments. see you there !

Just a reminder and in a change to our planned schedule we will now be welcoming Ellen Cheshire on Friday the 27th of March at the Free Church Hub 2 til 4 pm. Our next meeting is on Friday 27th February when we will welcome Sue Standing from The Friends of Heene Cemetery who will present an illiustrated tour of this hidden gem, ably assisted by Carol. After refreshments we will welcome Sarah Nathaniel from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission who will tell us all about the work of the CWGC and some of our local graves. Everyone is welcome, Findon Valley Free Church Hub for a prompt start at 2pm. Refreshments will be available!
