Equality is about creating a fairer, inclusive society in which everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. Diversity is about recognising, respecting and valuing difference, and treating everybody as part of our one community.

FVRA believes that people from a range of family backgrounds and lifestyles can enhance the life and development of the Association, without bias or preconception.

FVRA is committed to ensuring that no member, volunteer, resident, or any other individual should receive any less favourable treatment than others, including upon the grounds of age; disability (physical and/ or mental); gender; marital status; orientation; race; ethnicity; religion or belief. We are committed to engaging with individuals from all sections of our community, and providing an environment in which no person experiences discrimination, harassment or intimidation.
